We currently ship to the following markets: Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Orders may be fulfilled either from our Singapore warehouse or via our affiliated entities in your respective country, depending on stock availability and operational requirements.

Shipping Options & Fees

  • Free Shipping
    We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above SGD 80 / RM 199.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping
    For orders below SGD 80 / RM 199, a flat shipping fee of SGD 4.99 / RM 15 applies.

    Once your order is placed, we will provide you with the relevant shipping details and updates.


Important: All delivery timelines provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.



Delivery Coverage

At this time, we only deliver within Singapore and Malaysia. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date. However, delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control do not entitle you to cancel the order, refuse delivery, or claim compensation.


Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
